About the project

We produced equipment for a sugar factory being built in Turkmenistan by the Hizmatdashlar company. The capacity of the plant is 120,000 tons of sugar and 53,100 dal of alcohol per year. A thermal power plant is being built at the facility to produce process steam. Equipment for the plant was ordered in Germany, the Czech Republic, Belarus and Ukraine.

Delivery scope:

3 main switchboards: main switchboards for thermal power plant, main distribution switchboard (section 1), main distribution switchboard (section 2);

2 input distribution devices: IDD-S, IDD for thermal power plant.

4 condensing units with a capacity of 250 kVA, 300 kVA and 400 kVA.

Main Switchboard for Thermal power plant

  • Prisma from Schneider Electric
  • Designed for current of 4000 A
  • Parallel operation of two inputs (turbogenerator at 2638 kVA and transformer substation at 2500 kVA) is provided.
  • Additional input from a 1250 kVA diesel generator.
  • Energy and power analyzers, as well as energy analyzers with Elnet current measurement are used in the switchboard

Main switchboard for central building (Section 2)

  • The input circuit breaker is designed for current of 4000A
  • it connects to section 1 by a busbar.
  • ElNet PQ energy and power analyzer is used
  • The feeder lines are connected to the electricity meter with the Elnet MC wattmeter function.
  • there is an empty section for further expansion of the enterprise.

Main switchboard for central building (Section 1)

  • The input circuit breaker is designed for current of 3200A
  • It connects to section 2 by a busbar.
  • It is connected by a busbar with the HRS-CHP.
  • ElNet PQ energy and power analyzer is used
  • The feeder lines are connected to the electricity meter with the Elnet MC wattmeter function.
  • There is an empty section for further expansion of the enterprise.

IDD-S and IDD for thermal power plant

  • Input switching devices for a current of 1600 and 1000 A
  • Connects to section 2 by a busbar
  • It is connected by a busbar with the Main switchboard for thermal power plant
  • The feeder lines are connected to the electricity meter with the Elnet MC wattmeter function.
  • There is an empty section for further expansion of the enterprise.

All power panels are made on the basis of the Prisma design from Schneider Electric with SE Masterpact, NS and NSX switching devices.

Capacitor units:

  • BMR power factor correction controller is used;
  • Thyristor module
  • Filtering chokes and ETI capacitors
