Production process

The organization of production and the location of work areas are made taking into account the recommendations of the world's leading manufacturers of switchboard equipment.

Input and output control

All equipment undergoes mandatory control: input control during receiving component materials in the warehouse and transferring them to the assembly line, current control during installation and assembly, as well as output control during conducting acceptance tests and handing over the equipment to the customer.

Production tests

Acceptance testing is mandatory for all finished products and is supported by protocols, as well as, if necessary, acceptance testing may be conducted in the presence of representatives of the final customer.

Professional tools and equipment

During the assembly of panel equipment, modern tools of the world's leading manufacturers are used: tools for crimping wires, electric and pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, power measuring equipment. Workplaces equipped with movable pedestals and tools. All tools and test equipment undergo mandatory annual verification.

Industrial photo printers for labeling

Special industrial photo-printers are used for marking making inscriptions and markings on cables and conductor products.

Safety at work

The floor of all production areas has an antistatic coating with an integrated copper bus circuit.

Comfortable working conditions

Intelligent control of lighting and climate is organized in production premises.
